These are a lengthy process due to the mandatory legal procedures that must be followed, but the waiting time is worth it because of the quality results that are expected.

The recruitment of Asian workers must be done carefully and accurately, in accordance with the job description and available candidates internationally. This process takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on qualification requirements and available budget for salary offers.

Once recruitment is completed, the time required to obtain work permits from local authorities usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks, while work visas for international workers take between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the workers' country of origin.

WHAT IS THE APPLICABLE LAW REGARDING ASIAN WORKERS?

In the case of Asian workers, Macedonian law applies in accordance with their labor relations and rights. This includes aspects such as pay, working hours and rest periods, employment conditions for pregnant women, health insurance and workplace safety, as well as measures to protect against fire and other risks. Specifically, special emphasis is placed on preventing discrimination in the workplace, especially in the case of foreign workers, to ensure fair and equal treatment for all workers, regardless of their nationality or origin. HOW DOES THE ASIAN STAFF HIRING PROCESS WORK?
  1. Signing of the contract between KABANA RECRUITMENT and the client: The first step is the signing of the contract between us, as a recruitment agency, and the client requesting the employment of workers.

    Creating a candidate profile: We take the next step by creating a candidate profile, where we gather information about their experience, qualifications and previous work.

    Selection of resumes: Next, we select the most suitable resumes from the database, which match the requirements and needs of the client.

    Drafting the job description and signing the employment contract according to the legislation of the employee's country of origin: We create a detailed job description and sign the employment contract, according to the legislation of the employee's country of origin.

    Obtaining a work permit in North Macedonia: We begin the process of obtaining a work permit for the employee in North Macedonia, in accordance with Macedonian laws and procedures.

    Sending the work permit to the worker's country of origin and obtaining a long-stay visa for work purposes: Then, we send the work permit to the worker's country of origin and ensure obtaining a long-stay visa in North Macedonia for work purposes.

    Arrival of the worker: When the processes are completed, the worker arrives in North Macedonia and can start work.

HOW IS RECRUITMENT SERVICE PAYMENT MADE?

Payment is made in two installments, as follows:

50% after signing the contract: After signing the contract between KABANA RECRUITMENT and the client, the client will pay 50% of the total amount for the recruitment of the worker.

50% after the worker's arrival in the country: The remaining part of the payment, i.e. the remaining 50% of the total amount, will be paid after the worker's arrival in North Macedonia. This includes completing all formalities and processes, such as obtaining the work permit and work visa.
